General Case Manager at the Ministry of Social Development (since November 2025).
I manage a varied caseload, work with agencies and stakeholders, and keep records accurate and compliant. Decisions are made carefully against policy, with respect for Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.
Before MSD, I worked in community support, aged care coordination, and hotel front-of-house — experience that still shapes how I work with people under pressure.
